My name is Anjana, welcome to my cooking show at The Naan-Americans. I'm a proud resident of Westborough MA. I'm a mom of two girls, a teacher, Co-Founder and Home Chef at The Naan-Americans.
Today, I will be making a very quintessential breakfast from Southern part of India. It is called Masala Dosa. You may have eaten dosa before before but today I will show you my way and how we make it in our home town in South India.
