CANCELLATION POLICY

All Reservations are subject to TNA’s cancellation policy, as stated below:

  1. If a Booking is cancelled by a Guest at least 3 DAYS prior to the applicable Cooking Class date, the Home Chef shall not be paid any of the Reservation Amount and the Guest shall be reimbursed the full Booking Amount net any commissions and fees paid by TNA (e.g – PayPal fees).

  2. If a Booking is cancelled by a Guest between 1 and 3 DAYS prior to the applicable Cooking Class date, the Home chef shall be paid 50% of the Booking Amount and the remainder shall be returned to the Guest net any commissions and fees paid by TNA.

  3. If a Booking is cancelled by a Guest less than 24 hours before the applicable Cooking Class, the the Guest shall not be entitled to any return, credit or reimbursement.

Your Reservation shall be deemed canceled only upon receipt of TNA confirmation of your cancellation. The Company reserves the right to cancel a Reservation at any time upon returning full refund of Booking Amount to the Guest.

 

In case a Home Chef cancels Guest’s Reservation to participate in a Cooking Class, Company will credit Guest with the full Booking Amount such Guest has paid to TNA. Company reserves the right to charge the canceling Home Chef with the Booking Fees collected.

 

TNA shall not bear any liability for any cost, expense, loss or damage that you may suffer or incur as a result of Home Chef’s or Guest’s cancellation of a Booking of Cooking Class.


Additionally, TNA reserves the right to charge back from Home Chefs the Booking Amount they received for organizing certain Cooking Class if upon the receipt of a complaint by a Guest with respect to such Cooking Class, it believes, at its sole discretion, that such Cooking Class was not compatible with TNA standards of service or in case of any misconduct of the Home Chef.
