My name is Katharina Quecke, I am an artist from Germany and a passionate cook with several years of experience. Besides my art, I've worked at several Sushi restaurants and in the past worked in a gallery for cooking and art (www.zagreus.net/en/) in Berlin. I worked together with other artists, groups and children all over the world (Italy, Romania, Portugal, Morocco, Sudan, and more) My workshops bring together delicious ingredients, mostly seasonal, several techniques of sushi making with or without fish. You will get to know a variety of flavors you dont expect from sushi, especially vegetarian sushi. I also offer exclusive classes with fish from a local dealer, if you have a special event on your mind. This classes usually last 2 hours.
