Service Description

This class will provide basic ingredients to make the dough, you can make your selection from our variety of types of stuffing and a dipping sauce. We will work on how to wrap dumplings, cook and serve them. 1) Dumpling Dough 2) Stuffing (Your choice) 3) How to wrap Dumplings 4) Dipping sauce (Vinaigrette ginger) 5) Cooking dumplings (Steam and Pan seared) About our Instructor: I'm Jean Tse, a Chinese American immigrant and been in the US for over 26 years. I am a resident of Westborough, MA and a mother of 2 girls. I have worked for corporations in the past 17 years as a graphic designer. Now, I'm following my passion for cooking. I feel my kitchen is my studio where I can create my art. I now wish to express my creativity through my dishes, the taste, texture, spices, and aroma...
