Living in central Florida in the city of Winter Haven, I’m a homemaker all the way from

Thailand. I have been cooking traditional thai recipes since I was a kid, along with my mom. Since I moved to the states, I have been adapting local ingredients into our thai cooking yet keeping our traditional flavors intact.

When I was a teenager I grew fond of Japanese pastries,  so I enrolled myself into a Pastry academy in Japan for a year. My passion is cooking, baking and sharing recipes and stories about thai cuisine.

 

Thai cuisine is full of flavors,  juggling of variety of elements with a harmonious finish.
