Background/Training:

Started cooking at a young age of four with my mom & grandmother, always had a knack for food. Took a Retail Butchery Course, Recieved a Master Butcher title in 2013 For achieving 10 years as a Butcher/Meat Manager. Took a Proffesional Cooking Course after 5 years in the grocery business. Left the restaurant buissness and went back into retail where I'm a assistant store manager of the fresh side. I still do private lessons as well as private chef get togethers.
 

Philosophy:

Cooking is art, random and full of creative expression. I enjoy walking into a grocery store/farmers market. Walking around spotting ingredients and taking a blank canvas, than putting together a work of art, which is a beautiful plate of color, taste & flavors.
 

Aspiration:
Hoping in the future to release a bbq/cookbook once I put everything together. Lots of love to all the people in my life who've given me the tools to be successful in life as well as the encouragement and leadership qualities to get where I am today. As life is a tool box in which everyone has specific qualities which we add to our tool box on our life's journey.
