When I was younger I admired my mother’s cooking, as cooking was really a necessity rather than the skill it
is today.
When I started my family I had moderate cooking abilities, eventually I wanted to explore my abilities, so I enrolled within culinary school, allowing me to adopt Italian and French cuisines to add on top of my Mediterranean and Arabic dishes.
I have also conducted in recording specials for Emaratiya Magazine during Ramadan, as it was an opportunity for me to share my recipes and contribute to the cooking world. I have even provided lessons to kids, as I am very involved with helping those around me.
I would like to welcome all of you to my home, and join me in my cooking adventures and enjoy some global cuisine along with my traditional dishes
